A regular host to PGA events including the South African Open, the course boasts picture postcard views of Table Mountain across the bay from almost every hole. In 1995, Milnerton Golf Club underwent a major facelift as a result of the development of the Milnerton Links housing estate on part of the course. Some of the original holes were retained, while others were completely rebuilt.

Stretching along the Atlantic coastline, just 10 minutes north of Cape Town, Milnerton is a true out-and-back links of championship proportions. The “9 out, 9 in” course is bordered by the Atlantic ocean on the west and a lagoon on the east, and provides a golfing experience unique to South Africa: Built on sea sand, it is the only true links course in Africa.

The scenic setting, excellent condition and challenging layout make this an ideal venue for holiday golf.
