a written confirmation/invoice will be sent.

Deposit
Receipt of your deposit and Passenger Information Form is required to confirm
your reservation and is applied toward final payment.
- Deposit - $350.00
per person.
- 50% due 60 days prior to the departure date.
Final Payment
Final payment for tour packages
is due 30 days prior to the departure date.
Any payments not made by 30 days prior to the departure
date will be subject to a $50.00 per person late payment
fee. A $75.00 per person late booking fee will
be assessed on new reservations made within 30 days prior
to departure. Final payment on late bookings is
due immediately to avoid the late payment fee, and is
only accepted by certified check and credit card. Special
delivery charges may apply.

II. TRAVEL
DOCUMENTS
U.S. passports with a three-month validity AFTER the
date of return are required for all tour participants. Visa
requirements vary; it is the passenger’s responsibility
to obtain current information from the South African
Consulate. In general, U.S. citizens do not require
visas for entry in South Africa. Non-U.S. citizens
should check visa requirements with the South African
Consulate.
III. HEALTH
Please check with your personal physician or public health service for required
or recommended health precautions..
IV. BOOKING PROCEDURES

AZANIA, the tour operator, reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in
full by the due date.
Revision Fees
A revision fee per-person will be assessed for any changes in air and/or land
arrangements after the booking number has been issued and is under deposit. From
initial reservation through issue date of documents/tickets.
U.S. $10.00 per person (plus supplier’s penalties)
Once documents/tickets are issued, changes are not permitted and air tickets
are non-refundable.
Change/Cancellation:
Notice of change/cancellation must be made in writing to AZANIA.

V. BAGGAGE
U.S. transatlantic allowance is two pieces of checked baggage. Maximum
weight/size for each piece is 70lbs/62 inches (sum of the three dimensions). One
carryon bag not to exceed 45 inches is allowed. AZANIA does not assume
any responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or passenger’s belongings;
it is at passenger’s risk throughout.
AZANIA acts as tour operator and agent. The suppliers providing transportation,
conveyance or accommodations are independent contractors and are not agents or
employees of AZANIA. All tickets, coupons and receipts issued by AZANIA
and all arrangements for transport and conveyance or for hotel accommodations
are made by AZANIA as the agent of the suppliers. By utilizing the services
of the suppliers, you agree that neither AZANIA nor any subsidiary or affiliate
of AZANIA shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay incurred
by you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation
or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any acts or default of
the suppliers or from any occurrence or condition beyond the control of AZANIA,
including defects in vehicles or breakdown of equipment. Nor shall AZANIA
be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay resulting directly or indirectly
from delays, cancellations or changes in flights, itineraries, schedules, steamers
or other services, strikes, theft, sickness, weather, quarantine or other causes.
AZANIA reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member
of the tour party at any time.
All tour fares shown are based on the present value of foreign currencies in
relation to the U.S. dollar in effect on September 15, 2004 and in current tariffs
on the same date and are subject to change. The right is reserved to cancel
the tour prior to departure for any reason. In such case, a full refund
of all payments will constitute full settlement with the passenger.
The General Conditions under which you agree to utilize the services of AZANIA
in arranging the tour may not be amended in any way except in writing signed
by an authorized officer of AZANIA. By utilizing the services of AZANIA,
you agree the exclusive venue for all claims, actions or proceedings against
AZANIA of whatsoever nature arising out of this contract shall be the State of
New York and such claim, actions or proceedings shall be determined according
to the laws and jurisdiction of the State of New York.
